Imagine all your guests getting a quick photo taken as they enter the wedding and leave with a watercolour sketch of them and their plus one.

While you share your love & vows with those that matter most and dance the night away I'll be sketching your guests so that on their way out they can pick up their favour that is ready for framing or whatever they choose to do with it!

Above and beyond a wedding favour that is truly special, live sketching also offers an experience for your guests. It’s one more part of your wedding to come and enjoy to see other guests finished watercolour as well as observe the whole process.

how it works

As everyone comes into your ceremony or reception they are greet by my team to quickly snap a pic of them looking their best and give them a quick run down of the great favour they will receive.

As my second shooter is taking pics of everyone, I (Ally) get started on sketching everyone using the photos on my iPad. This is needed to keep the process efficient.

While everyone is sharing your special moment with you, drinking, eating, and dancing the night away - we'll be busy at work painting everyone so that their favour is ready whenever they are.

collect

As they are on their way out (or by a predetermined time we arrange together) they can stop and grab their favour and we'll be there to capture the fun moments of them seeing it for the first time.
Got a bigger event or wedding?

Within a week we'll send all the fun footage we have for you to enjoy. Don't worry, we will do one of the couple too!

Yes! While this is mostly a service used by couples as their wedding favours, live sketching can be used for any type of event.

There is not! Once we have the details of your wedding day timeline and final guest count then we will know how many guests will be completed within the next few days after the wedding and mailed out via Canada Post.

Pricing is based on the number of event attendees, location and any potential add ons chosen. Book a discovery call or fill out the contact form below for a quote.

Base pricing for any weddings/events booked in 2025 is $9+GST.
