Wait you actually paint ALL the guests at my wedding? How many guests can be done at once? What kind of paper do you use? Where can we find you? Can my friend carry your products in their store? Do you do tattooing? (yes you read that right! I get ALL sorts of questions while painting at weddings). 

 

wedding stationery

Currently we are booking for 2025 & 2026. 

We sure do! 

A la carte pricing is available upon request. If you are looking for multiple items (save the dates, invites, day of stationery, etc) a custom package may be more affordable than multiple a la carte items but it is something we offer.

What doesn't change? Overall layout!

  • Just like an event planner, you’ll have a stationer who will make sure that we are designing and ordering everything at the right stage - one less thing for you to worry about.
  • If elements of your stationery arrive damaged or with imperfections, you won’t even know. We’ll deal with it for you and deliver it to you asap.
  • By paying one flat design fee, any illustrations or elements of your day you need designed are already covered, just let us know what you are looking for and we’ll get started.
  • Cohesiveness. All your stationery will be sure to coordinate and I’ll work with your wedding coordinator to help ensure that everything flows together with your overall vision.

live sketching

Yes! While this is mostly a service used by couples as their wedding favours, live sketching can be used for any type of event.

There is not! Once we have the details of your wedding day timeline and final guest count then we will know how many guests will be completed within the next few days after the wedding and mailed out via Canada Post.

Pricing is based on the number of event attendees, location and any potential add ons chosen. Book a discovery call or fill out the contact form below for a quote.

Base pricing for any weddings/events booked in 2025 is $9+GST.

    Add on options available at an additional cost (couples names & wedding date at the bottom and watercolour sketch of the venue in the top-mid left).

Yes you read that right! 

But no, unfortunately I do not. I have been asked many times at weddings if that is something I do so I thought we would include it in the FAQ. 

(but you never know what the future holds, haha!)

paper goods

We do not currently. Our products are sold online through our website and also on the Shop App.

In the summer months & holiday season you can usually find us at markets in St. Adolphe, MB., at Pineridge Hollow and more. Check out our Instagram page for the most recent market dates. 

We sure can! The minimum order for custom cards is 25.

I do, but space is limited. 

To place your order visit our shop tab and search pet portrait. If there is availability then you will be able to place an order, if it's showing sold out then we are currently not accepting orders but check back soon!

Our cards are printed on 110lb, 320 GSM paper in a bright white. 

We don't like thin paper here at Upstate, don't worry.
